Report from Scotland and the Netherlands: Real Investment/Real Innovation

In November, 2009, the Pearson Foundation helped sponsor a delegation of US education leaders lead by CoSN as they visited the Netherlands and Scotland to facilitate a global conversation of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ITC) in education. The resulting report--which identifies innovative policies and practices in Scotland and the Netherlands that might be replicated in the US, and articulates common challenges in using ICT to transform learning--is now available on the CoSN website.
